when implementing formmail, is there any easy way to prevent it from
either going to the script's "thankyou" page (or one's own) - after the
submit button is pressed? I don't want to lose the formfiller, just to
leave them on the form page

The program sends a HTTP response code 301 and a Location header field.
This field contains the URL of the page where the browser "goes" after the
page was filled. You can alter the URL in the script.
