Hi there,
My question is regarding CGI programs. I have designed a form using java
script. I have read that i need a CGI program to get it to work properly.
How do i get one? how do i implement it? And what do i need to do/change
on the form to make it work with the CGI program?

You actually need to learn CGI programming if you want to do that. For the
purpose buy a good CGI book and I also recommend that you learn Perl or
ScriptBasic to write CGI programs in it.
You ask for advice, but what you need is a tutorial that I can not provide
you directly via this service.
