Peter,
I run a small family website which is changing fairly often. My family
would like a utility to notify them of a page change via email. I know
I've seen this script somewhere but cannot seem to relocate it. Have you
any ideas of PERL modules which would do the same thing or another way I
could affect this?

I do not now any readily available for scripts like that. Visit BNB site
