I am a student and it is has been three weeks sence we started the 'c'
class. The instuctor needs us to devlop a program for the tic tac toe
game. and he needs a flowchart by this tuesday. so If you can help that
would be great. I don't know where to start. I am so confused, I have gone
thought the lesson in the book many times and I still don't get it.
