Survey script

Q:
I am testing the survey script from bignosebird.com. You can find my test
here:

It doesn't tabulate the No Answer radio button but works fine for Yes and
No. Try it a few times and you'll see what I mean. Can't figure out why.
Any clue?

I tried it a few times, and it was correct. I use IE6.0
