Could you please help me?
I installed Apache HTTP on my machine.
I run successfully the CGI or Perl program from the command line but
on the browser I always get Internal Server Error
"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request."
I went to the error.log file, and there is a message "couldn't spawn child
process:"
What is that?
