Basically I'm having difficulty getting the script to run - I think it may
be with the $data_path I'm unsure what my absolute path is because I'm
running on a virtual server...
have you ever installed this script ?

You can run the simple script:
#!/usr/bin/perl
print "Status: 200 OK\nContent-Type: text/html\n\n";
`pwd`;
to have the absolute path printed on the browser.
I have never installed bnbsurvey, but I have installed a lot of other
scripts. Really a lot. And I answered a few questions regarding that
script. Maybe they worked.
