network programming in c

i want to know how to do network programming in turbo c 3.0. send also
related information, and if any header files required, if yes also send
urls to find the header files. reply soon.
A:
Turbo C v3.0 is older than networking. Therefore the only way I recommend
to upgrade to a newer version.

Visit www.borland.com where you can freely download the latest version of
the Borland C compiler. This is without IDE, but does include debugger.
